The ancient Egyptian God Seth.
This is a rather half-assed design/doodle so I will most likely be scrapping it and trying again at a later time.
It's related to my larger Zoo Squad concept (hence why he is more animal based than usual), but I guess it also stands on it's own as a mythology based design.
